Carolina González (born in 1985) is a Spanish-American Executive Producer and founder of House of G, a production company with a rebellious and dream-driven spirit, born from the desire to break molds and push the boundaries of creativity. With over 15 years of international experience, Carolina has led projects for brands such as Nike, Adidas, LOEWE, Check24, Fisher-Price, Amazon Prime, SkyShowtime, Meta, the Latin Grammys, and Grupo Social ONCE — blending strategy, intuition, and a deep love for visual storytelling.

Her career spans executive production, advertising, digital media, marketing, and fiction, with a strong focus on creating content with identity and purpose. In recent years, she has also stood out as a casting director and talent representative within the industry, bringing a unique sensitivity to project development and a holistic perspective that connects creativity, business, and people.

Based in Madrid and active across Europe and Miami, Carolina is tireless — guided by patience, persistence, and the belief that nothing is out of reach.
