Data we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, email address, telephone number, project details, production dates, budget range and any information included in your message. The website currently opens your own email application to send the enquiry; it does not save the form submission in a website database.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to answer requests, prepare proposals and take steps before entering a contract. The legal basis is your request and, where relevant, performance of a contract. We may retain essential business correspondence to meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims, based on legal obligation or legitimate interests.
Recipients and international services
Data may be processed by providers supporting email, hosting and professional operations under appropriate agreements. Vimeo content is loaded only after permission and may involve processing outside the European Economic Area using safeguards described by Vimeo. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up and normally no longer than 12 months. Contractual and invoicing records may be retained for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email carolina@houseofg.studio and identify the right requested. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
